A workout split can be very important when it comes to your fitness journey. A workout split is a type of workout routine that is split into different days throughout the week. Depending on how many days you are able to make it into the studio depends on the kind of workout split. The split also does not need to be for the studio only, it can include many different styles of training. Going on a hike, a run on the beach, a yoga class geared towards stretching, and even adding a rest day can all be included in your own split. This split is designed for you and your workout needs, it can change weekly, although sticking to a routine for 8-12 weeks is best. Sticking to your program/split for a long period of time gives your body time to adjust and help you see if it is helping your body.
