Need a way to stay in shape…or GET in shape…during your stay-at-home time? My House Fitness of Allen offers Virtual Training so you can pursue your fitness goals In the safety of your own home. Whatever your goals, losing weight, building muscle, or just over all fitness, we get you there!
What is Virtual Training?
Our standard training sessions consist of a 30 minute session with your trainer in our private studio. Virtual training will be largely the same thing, except that you stay at home and communicate LIVE with your trainer via video conference call.

What’s Different About Virtual Training?
- You get to stay at home! Just like working from home, you save time on your commute.
- You stay safe. No need to contact anyone else in person.
- Easy access – in-person training requires you to live reasonably close, but virtual training allows you to be anywhere.
What’s Unique About Our Virtual Training?
Our virtual training is really just an extension of our regular personal training. It’s a LIVE session with your trainer so he/she can talk to you, observe your form, and coach you.
There are numerous options online for personal trainers, but they are typically just a recorded video showing you what to do. You may also talk/meet with your trainer to discuss and plan, but the actual sessions are just a video that you follow.
Watching a recorded video works fine if you’re motivated and have some experience already. But when you’re only halfway through your workout and want to slow down or give up, no one is there so see you. Or if don’t know what to do, or if your form is wrong, you could end up injuring yourself.
Instead, our LIVE virtual training session enables your trainer to interact with you just like if you were at our studio.
