This membership is a complete program tailored to your personal needs, with customized fitness training and nutritional support.
Fitness Assessment – We start with a thorough, one hour evaluation, enabling your trainer to develop the best and most appropriate fitness and nutrition plan for your goals. The assessment includes:
• Taking measurements
• Testing your strength, endurance and flexibility
• Confirming your goals
• Customized Meal Plans/Grocery Lists and/or nutrition recommendations based on current eating habits
• Regular reassessments are performed to ensure progress
Personal Training Options
– Personal training sessions include specific routines that are suited to your goals, abilities and limitations. You’ll be surprised at how effectively and efficiently you can workout when you are under expert guidance.
We have two types of training options:
Private, One-on-One Sessions
These sessions are designed so the trainer can personally instruct and demonstrate proper form and technique of the various workout routines. You’ll get the ultimate in personal attention, and these will be diverse workouts so that you never get bored.

Small Group Training
Some clients enjoy the company of other like-minded folks, so we offer small group training as an option. In this setting you will still receive customized attention, but also enjoy the motivation provided by some friendly encouragement and competition. Groups are typically 2-3 clients (maximum of 4).
Some folks like to work out with their spouse or other family members. Or, if you have a couple friends or co-workers that you want to work out with, you can form your own group. If you’re open to meeting new friends, we can also assign you a group with others of similar ability for your training sessions. Small groups fit into our philosophy of community.
