As part of your fitness training plan, you will receive on-going nutrition counseling from your trainer throughout your time at My House Fitness of Allen. The level of counseling is dependent on the individual and can range from slight tweaks/recommendations to your current diet all the way to an individual meal plan with grocery list. This meal plan is developed based on your goals and lifestyle. Food exchanges can be made for items you do not like or may be allergic to which results in a completely customized meal plan that you can actually follow with success!
