For those who don’t want the full-service personal training, or aren’t yet ready for the commitment, you can still get a great workout with one of our fitness classes. These are typically between 5-10 people, so they’re still small enough that you receive proper instruction, though not as much personal attention with our other training programs.

The newest craze for optimal weight loss, SupraMaximal Interval Training is 45 mins., with 7 bouts of 30 secs. of work with 150 secs. of passive recovery. For some we may start out with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to increase your fitness level.
A strength training class targeting major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight. Full Throttle body incorporates bursts of cardio into movements intended to help you tone all major muscles.
45-minute routine focuses on getting the rear end and core to work together. Focusing on utilizing the two core muscle groups with moves like twisting planks and lateral steps with a sand-filled ballast ball.
Relax with Yoga, and stretch like an athlete. This 45-minute class will help you strengthen and repair your muscles.
45 minutes of upper body burn! Focusing on your upper body, get killer guns in this amazing arm workout class.
